To all DYL Boys Grade 6th thru 8th grade parents, 

TPL try-outs for grades 6-8 will be held on March 17 and 18 @
the DHS turf field.  Times for each grade have not been determined.  If
necessary (i.e. foul weather), try-outs will be held on the following
weekend.

The House program is designed for the player who wishes to learn and work on the fundamentals of lacrosse and compete against his friends in Duxbury.  We are working out the details for the house program, but a rough sketch is that there will be (1) weeknight skills and drills session and (1) weekend pick-up game on a day that does not conflict with Town Pride League (TPL) schedule for each grade level. Once the TPL weekend days are determined, we will set consistent times and for each grade.   

In addition, Duxbury Youth Lacrosse will host our 13th Annual "Big Dog" Tournament, which we will seek to host on the morning of a Boys Varsity high school lacrosse game. 

House will be available for grades 3 - 6. Cost is $100 and will includes shorts and pinney. 

House does not involve games or tournaments out of town or out of state, only in-town practices and games. 

Registration is available by logging onto the DYL website at: www.duxburylacrosse.org/

Under the Association tab, click on the REGISTER ONLINE tab.  Certain grade level registration screens have re-opened for a short amount of time so PLEASE make sure you choose the correct grade and HOUSE registration option.

Registration  screens will close on January 31, 2012 (TUESDAY) for ALL HOUSE programs. 

If you are already registered for grade level, you do not need to register separately for House, all House activities are covered by the grade level registration.

Grade level only - 3rd through 8th grade
Current open registration is for grade level teams only, Grades 3 through 8.  House teams, their practices, and which grades will have house teams, will be decided AFTER the grade level registration ENDs on DECEMBER 31st (two weeks left) and is dependent on the number of players signed up for the grade level teams.  If you are interested ONLY in House, please monitor the website and look for a bulletin/email about HOUSE registration in January. 

LITTLE DUDES - (1st and 2nd graders)
There will be a separate LITTLE DUDES registration, coming in January.  We will email all current little dude parents, and post a bulletin on the website about this sometime after the holidays.

PLEASE SIGN UP your players AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  The deadline is only two weeks away and it is a busy time of the year.
